INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Chelsey is an attorney and business executive with over twelve years of experience delivering legal support services, focused on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.  She is keenly focused on ensuring the proportional and practical delivery of results for each client engagement.  Chelsey also has deep familiarity with all aspects of information law:  discovery, information governance, and cybersecurity/privacy.

At Redgrave LLP, Chelsey works with existing and prospective clients to identify and assess areas of need and serves as a liaison between the Firm and its clients during all phases of the engagement cycle to ensure client needs are met.  She also oversees and supports Redgrave professionals at all levels with developing strategic business plans and coaches team members on business development and professional development skills.  In addition, Chelsey works with members of the Firm’s Management Team to further client service, talent development, and marketing initiatives. Chelsey represents the Firm at conferences, summits, tradeshows, and other industry events to further promote Redgrave initiatives.

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Chelsey served as the Executive Director, Corporate Initiatives at Trustpoint.One.  Her previous experience also includes working at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as Of Counsel and Head of Encompass Client Relations and business development and counsel roles at various organizations in the software and recruiting industries.

ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Chelsey is a board member of Justice and Mercy International, a member of Women in eDiscovery (former director and founder of Nashville Chapter), and a legal advisor to Meredith's Miracles Colon Cancer Foundation.

EDUCATION:

Chelsey received her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and her B.A. from Oklahoma State University.  She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Tennessee.
