INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Christine is an attorney, legal industry innovator, and business executive.  With deep and multifaceted experience in complex bet-the-company litigation and investigations, Christine applies a client-centric approach to mitigate risk and achieve the best possible outcome in each situation.  Drawing upon a breadth of knowledge developed through her roles as a former Deputy General Counsel, and in-house litigation leader for a Fortune 25 corporation, law firm trial partner, eDiscovery professional, legal operations solution architect, and strategic consultant in a global professional services company, Christine has a unique perspective on delivering practical legal and business solutions that create value, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Christine utilizes her eDiscovery background to assist her global clients across diverse industry verticals.  Applying a consultative strategic approach, Christine delivers insight on a wide range of discovery issues at multiple stages of litigation, from the legal hold, preservation, collection, review, and production of data through trial preparation.  As an integral liaison between clients, business owners, vendors, and counsel, Christine successfully moves initiatives from the idea phase to operation and implementation and delivers strategic solutions for business problems. 

Some of Christine’s recent work experience includes:

  • Architect and manager of state-of-the-art, in-house eDiscovery and document knowledge management center for a Fortune 25 global corporation
  • Builder of Centers of Excellence for Legal Hold and Preservation management
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients confronted with litigation or the risk of a potential dispute
  • Overseeing programs enabling corporate law departments and law firms to leverage legal technology, AI, data analytics, and process optimization capabilities with an ideal balance of insourcing and outsourcing
  • Developing strategic discovery guidance, including customized discovery plans and acting as an eDiscovery consultant
  • Analyzing cross-border, privacy, and eDiscovery data management and legal issues to develop enterprise standards and risk mitigation protocols
  • Managing litigation and external counsel in high-risk jurisdictions in the United States
  • Overseeing in-house discovery and witness development program in defense of toxic tort matters across a variety of industries
  • Training members of the U.S. federal judiciary on eDiscovery
  • Contributing industry thought leadership on the evolving role of in-house counsel

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Christine served as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President at UnitedLex.  Her previous experience also includes over 15 years in-house at General Electric (GE), where she served in roles including Executive Counsel and Director and GE Legal Support Solutions Leader.  During her tenure at GE, Christine’s Team received the 2016 ACC Value Champion Award for Execution of GE Discovery Center of Excellence and the 2016 Electric Insurance Team CEO Award.  Before GE, Christine was a partner in a prominent Boston law firm where she tried and litigated cases.  Christine is also the Founder and Chief Legal Officer of Zeteo Litigation, LLC, which offers strategic in-house legal consulting to manage litigation expenses, navigate disputes, and deliver eDiscovery solutions. 

ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Christine is a member of Chief (Boston Founding Member), the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), the American Bar Association, and the Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI).

EDUCATION:

Christine received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Clark University.  Christine is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
