INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Glen has over two decades of experience in corporate information governance and data management and a passion for delivering services to clients through process expertise and data analysis.  With an emphasis on collaboration and operational efficiency, his career has focused on designing and implementing enterprise-wide systems that capture and utilize company data to improve internal processes, identify risk exposure, and ensure compliance.  Glen works with client teams to identify and develop technical solutions for information law matters, including analyzing current data management systems and workflows and recommending new technologies to minimize cost and risk and maximize efficiency.  He is skilled at building relationships with project stakeholders, and clients appreciate his ability to analyze and synthesize complex data and clearly communicate key insights. 

Some of Glen’s recent work experience includes:

  • Initiating the implementation of an enterprise-wide metadata management tool
  • Developing data governance policies and procedures as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption across the organization
  • Leading data quality assessments, including establishing validation protocols
  • Auditing corporate compliance programs
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on structured data sources
  • Responding to requests for information from federal regulators and financial institutions

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Glen held multiple in-house information governance and data management and compliance roles at various large technology corporations. 

CERTIFICATIONS, ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Glen is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP).

EDUCATION:

Glen received a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Towson University.
