INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Jack draws on over a decade of experience navigating a variety of technology strategies and methodologies to architect solutions for enterprise-level organizations. With a deep knowledge of the information law space, he understands the challenges facing clients surrounding eDiscovery, information governance, compliance, and information protection and security. Jack is a skilled authority on Microsoft 365 and assists clients with designing and implementing eDiscovery and information governance solutions that utilize the platform’s built-in compliance and data management capabilities. His work focuses on supporting companies transitioning to cloud-based platforms, including email archive migration, while maintaining data security, ensuring legal defensibility, and meeting compliance obligations. As a Director at the Firm, Jack advises client teams on the technical aspects of engagements and recommends and facilitates the implementation of appropriate tools and technologies to further matter goals. He actively scopes matters to propose tailored solutions, ensure application of best practices, and develop repeatable processes to benefit clients.

Some of Jack’s recent work experience includes:

Designing strategies for leveraging Microsoft 365 Purview’s compliance, data security, information governance, and eDiscovery capabilities and assisting with program implementation and training
Supporting organizations in transitioning to cloud-based platforms, including providing guidance on security and compliance considerations
Creating tailored eDiscovery and information governance solutions in Microsoft 365
Assisting with the migration of large email archives and advising on best practices to ensure defensibility
Managing enterprise-level eDiscovery and information governance initiatives related to Microsoft 365
Creating and streamlining custom workflows and scripts within PowerShell, SQL, and Python

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Jack was the Manager of Global Advisory Services at Lighthouse Global. His work experience also includes consultant roles with Nuix and AppNexus.

Jack’s certifications include Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.

Jack received a B.S. in Information Science and Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
