INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Janna is an experienced, law firm financial and operational leader. In her role at Redgrave LLP, she partners with firm leadership to ensure firm finances align with organizational goals. She brings a solid understanding of law firm accounting and billing and thrives on finding process improvements that benefit clients and the Firm. Her position plays a key role in managing Redgrave’s external relationships with outside accountants, banks, brokers, and vendors as well as being a trusted resource for her internal clients.

Some of Janna’s career highlights include:

Leading financial software conversions and set-up in accordance with law firm policies, processes, and workflows
Overseeing all law firm business operations including finances, human resources, facilities, and IT
Developing the annual operating and capital budget process with multiple departments and firm leadership
Preparing detailed profitability analysis to better leverage timekeeper utilization and assess appropriate rates
Managing the delivery of timely financial reports and analysis to firm stakeholders

Before joining Redgrave, Janna served as Director of Finance at a mid-size law firm in Minneapolis. Her other previous law firm roles include Director of Operations, Financial Controller, and Office Administrator.

Janna is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Association of Legal Administrators Minnesota Chapter (ALA-MN).
