INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Jules has over two decades of legal project management experience and is highly skilled at building legal service teams to deliver best-in-class services for clients.  She works to identify and leverage internal and external resources – both personnel and technology – to develop practical solutions to complex eDiscovery and information governance initiatives.  Jules is a passionate advocate for project management strategies to support business objectives and is adept at utilizing creative approaches to meet diverse stakeholder goals. 

In her role at Redgrave LLP, Jules works with Firm leadership to develop strategic operational processes to facilitate Firm growth and development, including implementing innovative approaches to improving workload and staffing management as well as measuring client team performance.  She observes, analyzes, and tests existing operations and procedures to identify areas for modification and advocates for new and improved ways to best support the needs of Firm clients.  Working hand-in-hand with the Redgrave administrative team, Jules manages and oversees client-facing business operations to ensure that processes and performance enhance culture, collaboration, and client relationships. 

Some of Jules’ recent work experience includes:

  • Coordinating the effective and efficient use of resources in large litigation and data governance matters
  • Managing accurate and strategic early case assessment projects for litigations and investigations
  • Developing enterprise legal department and continuous improvement initiatives to address cost savings, risk avoidance, and successful outcomes in litigation matters
  • Training and mentoring talent on project management, document review, and special project initiatives
  • Developing creative project management solutions for legal teams
  • Implementing new processes and workflows to improve operations and enhance client-service initiatives

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Jules served as the Legal and Litigation Services – Records and Information Management Director for GE Gas Power.  Her previous experience includes managing national litigation portfolios for Fortune 500 clients at Paul Hastings LLP, Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, and King & Spalding LLP.

EDUCATION:

Jules received a B.A. in French Literature from Emory University and a Paralegal Certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training.  She is fluent in conversational French and Spanish.
