Industry Experience:

Kathy has extensive experience in information technology, project management, process development, and process documentation for both large and small corporate clients. This experience, along with her diverse industry background and administrative technical expertise, makes her an invaluable contributor to eDiscovery, information governance, and records management matters at Redgrave LLP. Kathy also is recognized for leading the design, implementation, and facilitation of corporate training programs as well as with process and implementation testing.

Some of Kathy’s recent work experience includes:

  • Collaborating with legal and IT professionals to analyze, define and document legal requirements related to the preservation, identification, and collection of data
  • Investigating and documenting facts related to enterprise technologies
  • Informing counsel as to the operations and implications of a client’s use of technologies related to the preservation and collection of data
  • Establishing and updating records retention schedules to help ensure that clients are operating under current retention requirements
  • Determining requirements and conducting proof-of-concept evaluations on document management, mobile device management, and network security software while developing, executing, and summarizing test cases and results
  • Developing pre-installation planning and training materials
  • Providing project management services for all aspects of client engagements under the direction of Redgrave attorneys

Kathy began her career as an IBM Systems Engineer, providing technical and sales support for PC workstations, networking, and decision support software. Additionally, she served as President of Advanced Wireless Solutions, managing the sales, installation, and support of messaging solutions for over 200 corporate clients. Kathy also worked with Technology Investments, Inc., administering general IT consulting services and managing a group responsible for the sales, installation, and support of messaging middleware solutions. Most recently, Kathy was responsible for internal IT planning, operations and support at Redgrave LLP.

Organizational Involvement & Memberships:

Kathy is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), ARMA International, and the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM). Kathy has earned the AIIM ERM Professional and Specialist certificates and is recognized by IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT). Kathy is also an accomplished concert violist.


Kathy received a B.A., magna cum laude, from DePauw University. Kathy also studied for one year at the International Division of Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan and has a functional command of Japanese.
