Levon D. Sutton

Industry Experience:

Levon brings over two decades of technical experience to his role as a Director at Redgrave LLP.  He has an extensive eDiscovery background and focuses his work on developing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and policies for eDiscovery processes.  Levon also consults and provides recommendations related to data privacy, preservation, and retention policies and procedures.  His in-depth knowledge of various discovery and review software and tools, including Relativity, Brainspace, Recommind, Concordance, Venio, NUIX, and LAW Pre-Discovery, allows Levon to work strategically and efficiently with clients.

Some of Levon’s recent work experience includes:

  • Assisting with data collections, acquisition requests, and electronic discovery processing services
  • Overseeing forensic data collection procedures
  • Handling litigation support services, including electronic discovery processing, litigation document review and managed services, technology assisted review, production of responsive discovery, and trial technology and consultation
  • Preparing budgetary proposals to ensure predictability for various cost, time, and resource requirements for discovery service projects
  • Formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverables, and ensuring that technical solutions and schedules are implemented
  • Managing a large litigation support program consisting of project managers, supervisors, systems administrators, law clerks, paralegals, and other essential support staff

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Levon served as a senior manager on the National Security Solutions team at Pacific Architects and Engineers.  He also has over 15 years of dedicated legal industry experience. 

Organizational Involvement & Memberships:

Levon is a member of Kappa Alpha Phi Fraternity, Incorporated and the Baltimore County Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Color People (NAACP).  He is also actively involved in the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).

Education: 

Levon received his M.Div. from Wesley Theological Seminary and a B.A. from Kenyon College.  Certifications include: Relativity Certified Administrator; Concordance Certified Administrator; Brainspace Certified Administrator; Brainspace Certified Analyst; and Brainspace Certified Specialist.
