M. Lynne Hewitt

Lynne is an eDiscovery professional with over a decade of experience creating, improving, and implementing data management solutions, along with supporting the adoption of eDiscovery tools and best practices.  In her role as a Senior Advisor at the Firm, she works with clients to review existing processes, identify pressing issues and critical needs, and develop comprehensive strategies that improve efficiency while mitigating risk.  Lynne is skilled at creating streamlined eDiscovery processes by encouraging the effective use of search functionalities and interpretation of database analytics.  

Some of Lynne’s recent work experience includes:

  • Managing matters through various aspects of eDiscovery, including initial scoping, data collection, budget, timelines for internal and external document reviews, quality control checks, and productions
  • Creating internal eDiscovery solutions for new technology and content formats, including videoconferencing systems, smart devices, and business communication platforms
  • Leading a team in the development and implementation of a custom Relativity database to create a centralized platform to track review metrics
  • Managing solutions concerning the accessibility of data, including creating metadata structures behind documents and creating searchable file structures within matters
  • Overseeing large-scale document review projects

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Lynne was the acting eDiscovery project manager and senior paralegal at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky.


Lynne is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), a Relativity One Pro, and holds a LexisNexis Paralegal Certificate of Mastery.   


Lynne received her M.B.A. from Robert Morris University, her B.A. from West Liberty University, and her A.A.B. from Jefferson Community College.
