INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Maggie is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience focused on compliance issues and eDiscovery matters.  She is skilled at managing detailed compliance programs concerning strategic business initiatives and services.  In this role, Maggie has not only developed policies and training, reviewed agreements, and assessed risk, but she has also fully supported these programs with an eye on process improvement. 

Maggie utilizes her eDiscovery background to assist clients with a wide range of discovery issues at multiple stages of litigation, including the preservation, collection, review, and production of data.  She is an integral liaison between clients, business owners, third parties, and counsel, successfully moving initiatives from the idea phase to operation and implementation and delivering strategic solutions for business problems.

Some of Maggie’s recent work experience includes:

  • Coordinating document collection and production
  • Overseeing document review and quality control procedures
  • Drafting motions, legal hold memoranda, and defensive letters
  • Managing the interview process for internal investigations and litigation preparation

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Maggie served as a compliance manager at DaVita, Inc. and was an associate at Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP.  

ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Maggie is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA).  She also volunteers at multiple children’s schools in the Denver area. 

EDUCATION:

Maggie received her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law and her B.A. from Brown University.  Maggie is admitted to practice in Illinois and Colorado.
