Scott C. Pappas



Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience concerning legal, financial, and administrative operations to his role as Practice Management and Client Services Director at Redgrave LLP.  Scott uses his diverse background, which includes time spent as a practicing attorney, to develop strategic approaches to facilitate the effective and efficient growth, operation, and management of the Firm’s Information Law practice to benefit the Firm’s clients.  He works hand in hand with the Firm’s professionals to enhance the practice, oversee workload and staffing management, and enhance culture, collaboration, and client relationships.  Scott also oversees and evaluates the performance of client-facing business operations to ensure consistency with Redgrave’s core values, policies, and standards.  He is passionate about streamlining processes and coordinating administrative aspects across departments to encourage a cohesive and efficient firm structure that delivers exceptional client service.  With this goal in mind, Scott also collaborates with administrative team members on initiatives ranging from business development planning to talent retention and recruiting. 

Scott’s recent work experience includes:

  • Overseeing firm practice financial analysis, including monthly revenue and expense budgeting, inventory management, utilization, productivity, and ongoing analysis of alternative fee arrangements
  • Onboarding and integrating lateral partners and associates into client teams
  • Coordinating partner elevation and partner compensation processes
  • Assisting with annual revenue and expense budgeting, as well as annual billable rate review
  • Overseeing efforts to foster the professional development of associates
  • Participating in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Scott served as the Director of Practice Management of Litigation & Financial Industry Practices at Goodwin Procter LLP.  He also worked as the Administrative Director of Litigation at Lowenstein Sandler LLP and previously practiced as a litigation attorney.


Scott received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from Villanova University, where he majored in Finance.
