Tiffany is a seasoned professional with a passion for leading people and is accomplished at managing policies, procedures, and processes to effectively support the diverse needs of the practice of law at the Firm. In her role at Redgrave LLP, she is involved in high-level strategy and goal-setting for the Firm as well as having responsibility for managing the Firm’s professional service delivery models and personnel.

Tiffany’s responsibilities at Redgrave LLP include:

  • Assisting Firm Management in developing and achieving strategic goals for Firm internal and lateral growth and development
  • Measuring and managing client team performance and client satisfaction
  • Supporting the Executive Committee and Executive Director in the management and operational oversight necessary to implement the Firm’s business strategies
  • Managing the performance of client-facing business operations to ensure consistency with the Firm’s core values, polices, and standards
  • Developing professional talent through the management of mentorship, training, and coaching programs

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Tiffany held senior roles in which she concentrated on Human Resources and Operations within several Am Law 100 firms. Most recently, Tiffany was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at a healthcare informatics company.


Tiffany is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). 


Tiffany received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Radford University.
