Erica Zolner and Will Farrior Recognized by Burton Awards Program

Redgrave LLP is pleased to share that Erica B. Zolner and William E. Farrior have been selected by the Burton Awards, a national non-profit program co-sponsored by the American Bar Association, for their article, “Practical Protections to Guard Against AI-Powered Algorithm Risk.”  Winners were selected from nominations submitted by the nation's top 1,000 largest law firms.

The article, originally published in Bloomberg Law, examines the growing legal risks associated with AI-powered pricing algorithms and offers practical guidance for organizations and legal departments seeking to mitigate antitrust exposure through proactive information governance and related safeguards.

Erica and Will will be presented the “Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award” alongside winners from nineteen other law firms at the Burton Awards’ Twenty-Seventh Anniversary ceremony on June 1, 2026, at the Library of Congress.
