Jonathan Redgrave, Benjamin Redgrave, and Timothy Redgrave Present myLawCLE Program on AI-Generated Evidence
On October 28, Jonathan Redgrave, Benjamin Redgrave, and Timothy Redgrave present the myLawCLE program “Machines on the Witness Stand: Admitting and Attacking AI-Generated Evidence Under Proposed FRE 707.”
Proposed Federal Rule of Evidence 707 would be the first federal evidence rule written specifically for machine output, but the reliability fight is already underway under the existing rules. Courts expect validation of AI output and scrutinize undisclosed expert use of AI, and parties risk losing model versions and prompt logs without a timely hold.
This two-hour continuing education program focuses on building the foundation record for AI-derived evidence, serving machine-evidence discovery, filing a targeted motion in limine, and preserving reliability objections for appeal.
