Jonathan Redgrave Testifies at Rules Committee Hearings Regarding Proposed Amendments

During the week of January 26, Jonathan Redgrave testified at a hearing held by the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules regarding potential amendments to Rule 7.1 (disclosures) and Rule 45 (third party practice) (January 27) and he also testified at a hearing held by the Advisory Committee on Evidence Rules regarding potential addition of a new Rule 707 to address artificial intelligence generated outputs and potential safeguards for the introduction such evidence modelled on existing Rule 702 (January 29).
