Martha Leibell and William Farrior Join BARBRI Panel on AI Discoverability

On March 26, Martha Leibell and William Farrior join the panel for "Discoverability of AI Prompts and Outputs: Practical Considerations for Counsel," a CLE webinar presented by BARBRI.

This session explores the growing legal implications of AI in everyday business operations.  A January 2026 Gallup poll found that 38% of American workers now use AI daily or a few times each week, and those in leadership roles, the people with authority to bind a company, are even more likely to do so.

That means AI prompts, outputs, conversation histories, metadata, and audit logs are increasingly viable targets for discovery in civil litigation and regulatory or criminal investigations.  Counsel on both sides of the table, propounding and responding, need to be prepared.
