Ray Mangum Speaks at the Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute’s 11th Annual Meeting

On November 13, Ray Mangum will moderate the panel “Antitrust in the Digital Age: Spotting Risks and Asking the Right Questions” at the Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute’s (GICLI) 11th Annual Meeting in New Mexico.

From platforms to pricing algorithms, new technologies are changing the context in which antitrust principles apply.  This session examines how core principles are taking shape in the digital age, including search and advertising markets, app-store ecosystems, algorithmic pricing tools, and merger review.  The panel will highlight how enforcement theories are evolving, what regulators are looking for, and where companies may face challenges.  Attendees will gain a clear sense of current trends and practical questions to ask when evaluating their own risks.
