On October 19, 2023, Chris King will participate in the panel discussion “JeopTARdy” at the ABA’s 27th Annual National Institute on Class Actions. Following a game show format, Chris’ session will cover the fundamental principles of technology assisted review (TAR) of large document productions using AI and computer algorithms to identify the most relevant documents. Attendees will gain a basic understanding of TAR so they can identify pitfalls and risks when negotiating TAR processes with opposing counsel.
