On March 16, 2022, Gareth Evans will participate in a panel discussion on The Sedona Conference TAR Case Law Primer, Second Edition (the “Primer”),recently published by The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production.  Redgrave Data’s Tara Emory will serve as moderator.  Gareth and Tara, along with other members of the Primer’sdrafting team, will present key takeaways and solicit feedback and questions.
