On October 13, 2022, Martin Tully will moderate the panel discussion, “Have Traditional Documents Gone the Way of the Dinosaur? What it Means for the Conduct of eDiscovery,” at the 12th Annual EDI Leadership Summit. The panel will discuss how modern electronic communications and collaboration tools defy existing definitions of “document” and how legal practitioners are redefining it for the purpose of eDiscovery.
