Theresa brings a wide-ranging portfolio of eDiscovery process, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and training experience to her role as Senior Advisor at Redgrave LLP. With over 14 years of hands-on experience, Theresa has successfully managed large scale, highly-sensitive projects for Am Law 100 firms, Fortune 500 corporations, government entities, and consulting firms.  She has provided measurable business value, and reduced litigation risk as a result of her projects focused on data minimization, review efficiency, and process standardization.  Some of Theresa's recent experience includes:

  • Substantially reducing costs associated with reviewing litigation-related data for a global automotive products manufacturer.  Serving as primary relationship manager for the development of project standards across all matters relating to processing specifications, custom review workflows, coding layouts, and standardizing productions. 
  • Producing significant cost savings for banking client with custom solutions to help them reduce their data storage and data mining costs. 
  • Consulting on complex litigation matters for multiple clients to, among other tasks, define project requirements, coordinate collection strategies for both structured and unstructured data, identify process specifications, develop review workflows, and manage production protocols for litigation and document management. Her work helped reduced data sets and reduced the time needed to identify and produce litigation-related documents.  
  • Defensibly reducing data sets related to litigation by terabytes for a national agribusiness.  
  • Managing multiple forensics teams coordinating resources and workflows for large scale, multi-location collections. 
  • Serving as a resource and mentor to guide project management team members and acting as subject matter point-person for complex workflows, special practices documentation, communication flows, and data retrieval and mining protocols. 

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Theresa served as eDiscovery Director /Principle Consultant and Senior Project Manager for KrolLDiscovery / LDiscovery /RenewData; Booz Allen Hamilton; Cyber Technologies as an Associate; Encore Discovery Solutions; Aon Consulting, Inc.; and FTI Consulting, Inc.

Theresa is a member of Women in eDiscovery.

Education:

Theresa received a B.S. in Administration of Justice, Minor in Psychology from Rutgers University.  

Her training includes RCA, EMC’s Kazeon, Guidance Software Forensics, Digital Reef, Stored IQ, IPRO Tech, Summation, Concordance, Attenex, and Guidance Software Forensic and Intermediate EnCase training.  In addition she attended the Intense School of Computer Training, and Law Enforcement Advanced Detective School (LEADS).  Theresa holds an EnCE Certification and is a certified Clearwell Administrator.
