INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
Billy is a skilled attorney with a background in civil litigation, including extensive experience assisting with discovery requests and responses, depositions, and arbitrations. His work has concerned a broad range of matters, including intellectual property, professional malpractice, constitutional, environmental, and regulatory issues. Billy approaches his work from an analytical angle, which allows him to efficiently manage discovery issues and strategically draft requests or responses that best suit the needs of his clients. He also is skilled at managing large-scale document reviews and productions and has supported projects in multiple jurisdictions.

- Conducting document collections
- Interviewing document custodians and witnesses
- Responding to document and interrogatory requests
- Preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony
- Negotiating search terms
- Participating in meet and confer sessions
- Assisting with the preparation of privilege logs
Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Billy was an associate and member of the eData practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. In addition, he served as a law clerk in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.
EDUCATION:
Billy received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and his B.A., cum laude, from San Diego University. He is admitted to practice in California.
