Microsoft 365 encompasses a wide range of applications, repositories, and data types.  While tools like Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint are familiar to most users, this session highlights lesser-known applications—including Loop, Planner, Bookings, Viva Engage, and ClipChamp—that introduce important records management, compliance, and information governance considerations.
