John Collins Speaks at ARMA Michigan Webinar on Microsoft 365 Applications

On October 14, John Collins will present “Under the Radar: Lesser-Known Microsoft 365 Applications Every IG Professional Should Know,” a webinar hosted by the ARMA Michigan Chapter.  The session will take place virtually via Zoom from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM ET.

Microsoft 365 is a complex ecosystem of applications, repositories, and data types.  While tools like Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint are widely known, this session will focus on lesser-known applications such as Loop, Planner, Bookings, Viva Engage, and ClipChamp.  These tools carry significant implications for records management, legal compliance, and information governance.

Through real-world case studies and practical guidance, John will explore the types of data these applications generate and the challenges they present.  Attendees will receive summary materials and access to digital learning resources to support continued education and implementation.
