Martin Tully Speaks on Data Breach Litigation Discovery at The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 Midyear Meeting 2026

On October 20, Martin Tully joins the panel “Mechanisms and Approaches for Achieving Efficient and Effective Discovery in Data Breach Litigation” at The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11) Midyear Meeting 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

During this session, members of the WG11 drafting team lead a dialogue on their draft Commentary, which addresses informal discovery mechanisms that may create efficiencies for the parties and the court in data breach litigation.  The discussion also focuses on questions that consistently arise at the outset of these cases.
