Redgrave LLP Promotes Jon Dugan to Partner
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Jan. 7, 2026) – Redgrave LLP is pleased to announce that Jon Dugan has been promoted to Partner, effective January 1, 2026.
Jon advises many of the world’s largest and most technologically advanced companies on complex Information Law issues. Leveraging his extensive litigation and regulatory experience, he counsels clients on their most important eDiscovery matters, including high-stakes lawsuits, complex government investigations, and Second Request antitrust reviews conducted by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Jon’s experience includes representing numerous clients on responses to Second Requests as part of the Redgrave team that has handled transactions totalling over $230 billion. Jon also represents a global technology company on a large portfolio of matters, including defending numerous class actions as well as cases brought by the FTC and state attorneys general alleging anticompetitive conduct. In addition to this work, Jon serves as eDiscovery counsel for several other large technology and telecommunications companies. In many matters, Jon works directly with clients and senior executives to manage the preservation, collection, and production of documents and data.
Beyond his client work, Jon serves on the Young Lawyers Network Leadership Council for the D.C. Bar Foundation (DCBF), promoting DCBF’s mission and programs and helping raise additional resources to support local legal aid organizations. He is also involved in the International Data Law Forum (IDLF) and is a member of The Sedona Conference®.
Prior to joining the Firm, Dugan was a managing associate at Sidley Austin LLP and served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Martin Reidinger of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
