Redgrave LLP Welcomes Larry Reicher as a Partner

WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 19, 2026) – Redgrave LLP, the premier law firm focusing exclusively on eDiscovery and Information Law, is pleased to announce that Larry Reicher has joined the Firm as a Partner.

Larry brings nearly two decades of experience across government enforcement, in-house roles, and private practice, giving him a unique and practical perspective on merger clearance, complex antitrust and consumer protection investigations, white-collar matters, monitorships, and bet-the-company litigation.  At Redgrave, Larry leads antitrust-related discovery engagements and advises clients on discovery strategy and eDiscovery compliance in connection with government investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, Second Requests from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and consumer protection disputes.  While at the DOJ, Larry authored the Division’s guide to identifying key documents through technology-assisted review and analytics, modernizing eDiscovery search processes across the Antitrust Division (known across the Division as “Analytics for Dummies”).

“Larry has extensive experience across complex antitrust and regulatory matters, giving him an exceptional understanding of the challenges clients face when responding to government investigations and enforcement actions,” said Robert D. Keeling, Co-Managing Partner of Redgrave LLP.  “His deep knowledge of antitrust enforcement, combined with his sophisticated approach to discovery strategy and emerging technologies, will further strengthen our ability to help clients navigate their most complex and high-stakes matters.”

Larry spent over five years with the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, where he received the John Marshall Award, the DOJ’s highest honor for an attorney.  At the DOJ, he litigated major merger challenges and anticompetitive conduct cases and led joint enforcement efforts with the FTC and state attorneys general.  He also served as the founding chief of a new office responsible for the Division’s oversight of compliance monitors, consent decrees, and final judgments.

Larry’s in-house experience brings a client-side perspective that informs his work at Redgrave.  He has served as primary counsel on a significant FTC merger clearance and as chief of staff for a high-profile federal antitrust action, coordinating discovery across multiple law firms and eDiscovery providers.  As deputy general counsel of a technology company, he led regulatory litigation and government investigations, including large-scale document productions to government agencies.  His experience at major law firms gives him insight into how outside counsel approaches complex litigation and discovery, further strengthening his ability to bridge gaps between all parties in high-stakes matters.

“What drew me to Redgrave is the Firm’s singular focus on the issues I’ve spent my career working on: getting discovery right in the most complex and consequential matters.  Whether it’s a Second Request, a government investigation, or bet-the-company litigation, I’ve been on every side of these matters, and I know what it takes to get it done efficiently and defensibly.  Redgrave is simply the best in the business.  I’m thrilled to be part of this team,” said Larry Reicher.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Larry served as deputy general counsel and head of government relations at Hopper (USA), Inc. and as corporate counsel in the litigation and regulatory group at Amazon.  He also served at the DOJ Antitrust Division as the founding chief of the Office of Decree Enforcement and Compliance, as counsel to the Assistant Attorney General, and as a trial attorney in its media and telecommunications section.  Larry began his career as an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP before joining Dechert LLP as an antitrust associate.

Larry earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and his A.B., cum laude, from Princeton University.  He is a frequent speaker and published author on antitrust policy and merger considerations and holds a Certificate in Blockchain Technologies from the MIT Executive MBA Program.
