Robert Keeling and Rishi Chhatwal Lead Panels at PLI’s “Government Investigations 2026: Strategies for Responding to Investigations” Program

On June 18, Robert Keeling serves as the Chairperson of the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Government Investigations 2026: Strategies for Responding to Investigations” program, where he and Rishi Chhatwal also lead panels.  This half-day program, offered in person in New York City and via live webcast, brings together leading in-house counsel, law firm practitioners, former regulators, and forensic and data experts to examine how enforcement and regulatory inquiries are unfolding globally in real time.

At 10:15 AM EDT, Rishi Chhatwal leads the session “The In-House Playbook for Government Investigations.”  This session examines how in-house legal and compliance teams manage the response to government investigations and regulatory inquiries.

At 11:30 AM EDT, Robert Keeling leads the panel “Artificial Intelligence Enabled Investigation Response: Practical Considerations.”  This panel examines where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be deployed in government investigations and internal reviews, where it adds value, and where it introduces new risk.
