Robert Keeling Discusses AI Discovery at the 2026 EDI Mid-Year Meeting in New York

On May 6, Robert Keeling joins a panel session at the 2026 Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI) Mid-Year Meeting in New York, NY, titled “The AI Discovery Frontier: How to Boldly Meet & Confer Where No One Has Before.”

As the horizon shifts, lawyers must understand how their clients use artificial intelligence (AI): which tools are in play, what data is generated, and where it resides.  This session will focus on framing the meet-and-confer to identify AI-related sources, set defensible preservation scopes, and negotiate practical production formats.  Panelists will cover model inputs/outputs, system logs, prompts, and governance artifacts as potential evidence, along with proportionality and confidentiality considerations.
