Data Expert in Trade Secret and Employee Solicitation Dispute

We were engaged as the data expert in a dispute involving allegations of breach of contract, violation of the Delaware Uniform Trade Secrets Act (DUTSA), and tortious interference, including claims that the defendants unlawfully solicited employees and customers and improperly acquired confidential and proprietary documents and work product.

Our team analyzed forensic reporting and internal systems, interviewed technical personnel, and submitted an initial expert declaration in the matter.  Relying on the evidence submitted, the court issued a preliminary injunction, enjoining the defendants from soliciting or engaging the plaintiffs’ employees and from using or disclosing the plaintiffs’ proprietary work product.
