Staci Kaliner Presents “The Augmented E-Discovery Professional: Thriving in the Age of AI” to ACEDS Ohio Chapter

Staci Kaliner will speak at an educational and networking event hosted by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) Ohio Chapter and Nebula Legal on September 16, 2025 in Cleveland, OH.

Staci’s panel will address the topic “The Augmented E-Discovery Professional: Thriving in the Age of AI,” and explore how the emergence of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems represents the most significant technological disruption to legal services since the advent of eDiscovery.  These advanced systems do more than process data; they create content, make autonomous decisions, and fundamentally reshape how legal work is performed.

The discussion will also examine how these technologies are transforming eDiscovery workflows, information governance frameworks, and the broader legal services ecosystem.  Unlike traditional technology assisted review and analytics, Generative AI can draft legal documents, synthesize complex arguments, and produce discovery-related content.  Agentic AI systems further extend these capabilities, with the potential to autonomously execute multi-step workflows and tasks.
