On October 14, 2021, David C. Shonka will moderate a panel at the Electronic Discovery Institute’s 11th Annual Leadership Summit. The panel, “Privacy, eDiscovery & IM,” will focus on how foreign and domestic laws, such as California’s CCPA, Virginia’s CDPA, and the EU’s GDPR, have increasingly held companies accountable for their use and disclosure of personal information. This panel will explore how companies can deal with conflicting legal requirements, satisfy consumer demands, manage information, meet discovery obligations, and adapt information management practices to comply with new demands.
David will be joined by a panel of subject matter experts, including:
