On May 24, 2021, David C. Shonka will participate in the 2021 MER Conference.  David’s panel, “So, Who’s Keeping Track of Our Data Privacy & Security Compliance? Navigating the IG of PII,” will focus on various state privacy and data security laws, including the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the New York SHIELD Act, and Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).  Topics discussed will include:
