In-house legal departments continue to build more sophisticated approaches to purchasing services, and the tolerance for ‘status quo’ services from disparate providers will start to wane. In particular, 2022 will see the emergence of market leaders that blend data science, business acumen, and legal representation capabilities to provide holistic value-add services to help organizations solve the growing number of information governance and legal discovery challenges.”
