On April 24, 2024, Laurie Carpenter will present “Chart Your Course Through RIM Certifications” to the ARMA Greater Los Angeles Chapter.

Laurie will discuss the new challenges facing records and information management (RIM) and information governance (IG) professionals as the information universe evolves. She will focus on ways RIM and IG professionals can enhance their careers through certifications and dive into the differences between CRM, CRA, CIGO, CIGO/AI, CIP, IGP, and PMP.
