On January 12, 2021, Lisa A. Lukaszewski will speak on the topic, "Information Governance During Restructuring," at the ARMA Chicago monthly meeting.  This education session will focus on the expected increase in corporate restructuring activity in 2021 as the result of the financial disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Lisa will address information governance ("IG") issues and actions to consider in connection with restructuring, with the goal of preparing IG professionals to anticipate requests, respond quickly, and to help their companies meet legal and regulatory requirements.  More information on this event can be found here.
