Redgrave has returned as Equity Partner to the Firm and been named chair of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Erica B. Zolner has been elevated to Equity Partner and named chair of the Firm’s Management Committee.

Victoria, based in Redgrave’s Washington, D.C. office, previously served terms as the Firm’s Managing Partner as well as Chair of the Executive Committee before retiring as of the end of 2020.  After concluding work in-house for a client in 2021, she returned to the Firm as Of Counsel.  Now, in 2023, she is stepping back into the Firm’s Equity Partnership and will also lead the Firm’s overall governing body while continuing to consult with law firms and legal departments regarding national and global eDiscovery and information governance best practices and operations.  Victoria’s skills and experience as in-house counsel for three major corporations, and as general counsel at a technology company, provide her with unique insight that allows her to deliver practical and insightful guidance to clients and the Firm.  Victoria is a graduate of the IU McKinney School of Law (summa cum laude), where she was an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review and the top graduating woman in her class.  She received her B.S. from the University of Indianapolis (magna cum laude), where she was the top graduating woman in her major in the chemistry department.

Erica, based in Redgrave’s Chicago office, is involved in “bet the company” business litigation and class action matters, and has worked on cases involving claims in some of the most complex areas of law.  She has served as lead counsel in jury and bench trials in federal and state courts and arbitration and handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation and discovery.  Erica regularly develops and implements defensible eDiscovery processes in connection with contentious, high-stakes commercial litigation.  She focuses on providing clients with strategic litigation counseling and works to develop efficient and effective eDiscovery and information governance solutions that address the needs of her clients as they navigate the changing information technology landscape.  Erica is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law (cum laude), where she was the Executive Editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business.  She earned her B.A. from Oklahoma State University (summa cum laude).  She is a member of the National Association for Women Lawyers and served on its Annual Meeting Leadership Committee in 2021 and 2022.  Erica formerly served on the Board of Directors for Housing Opportunities for Women and the Coalition of Women’s Initiative in Law.
