On November 19, 2021, Ted S. Hiser and Charles R. Ragan will participate in the Discovery Judge Tank at the 2021 Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute.  The Discovery Judge Tank will be modeled after the “Shark Tank” television program and offer a slate of “pitches” on unusual strategies to deal with discovery concerns.  After the pitch, each panel will debate ESI discovery protocol strategies and decide whether to “buy” or “pass” on the pitch.

Ted Hiser and Charles Ragan will be joined by Kevin Brady, Corporate Counsel, eDiscovery & RIM at Volkswagen Group of America, to create the Redgrave/Volkswagen team.
