INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Megan is a seasoned eDiscovery project manager with extensive experience managing large-scale electronic data discovery projects.  She is skilled at developing and overseeing the complete project life cycle – from extraction through processing, hosting, review, and production.  With a background in information systems management and a deep knowledge of eDiscovery technologies, Megan is equipped to effectively assist clients with creating custom eDiscovery project plans that are both efficient and defensible.  She also supports client teams in defining production specifications, creating defensible workflows, setting project timelines, and implementing quality control mechanisms.

Some of Megan’s recent work experience includes:

  • Leveraging Relativity Analytics and Relativity Assisted Review to cull data via email threading, deduplication, clustering, and concept searching to accelerate review
  • Utilizing Brainspace to run and manage predictive coding models and email threading
  • Collaborating with client teams to fulfill requests relating to database support and efficiency, data migration and processing, custom solution development, custom reporting, and document imaging
  • Creating comprehensive eDiscovery project and risk management plans
  • Managing contract analytics projects and software
  • Managing Relativity and Axcelerate databases

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Megan worked as a Practice Technology Project Manager at Morgan Lewis & Bockius.

ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT & MEMBERSHIPS:

Megan is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), a Relativity Certified User (RCU), a Brainspace Analyst, and holds a Reveal AI certificiation.  She is also a member of Women in eDiscovery.

EDUCATION:

Megan received her M.B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University and her B.S. from Drexel University.
