Industry Experience:

Angela focuses her client work on information governance, data privacy, and eDiscovery issues that are crucial to the success of any organization.  Angela has worked on a broad range of litigation matters, including representing individuals and corporations in complex business disputes, real estate and trade secrets litigation, product liability litigation, bankruptcy matters, and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts.

Some of Angela’s recent work experience includes:

  • Advising Fortune 100 companies regarding data transfer policies and cross-border data management and retrieval issues
  • Analyzing a multinational client’s data and eDiscovery practices to create a gap analysis and to recommend strategies for remediation
  • Preparing expert reports and pleadings for a wide range of contentious and high-stakes litigation matters
  • Representing a real estate client in multiple complex lawsuits and researching and drafting various discovery-related motions and pleadings
  • Managing and advising a multinational manufacturing client on discovery efforts relating to a class action litigation involving product liability claims
  • Researching and drafting dispositive motions and other pleadings, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, discovery motions, and motions to dismiss

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Angela was an associate at Duane Morris LLP.

Organizational Involvement & Memberships:

Angela is a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Group on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11), the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Education:

Angela received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University.  Angela is admitted to practice in California.  She is fluent in Mandarin.
