Industry Experience:

Angela has worked on a broad range of litigation matters, including representing individuals and corporations in complex business disputes, real estate and trade secrets litigation, product liability litigation, bankruptcy matters, and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts. In addition to handling eDiscovery issues, she advises clients regarding information governance and data privacy topics that are crucial to the success of any organization today.

Some of Angela’s recent work experience includes:

  • Representing a real estate client in multiple complex lawsuits and researching and drafting various discovery-related motions and pleadings
  • Representing multinational manufacturing client in class action litigation involving product liability claims and managing and advising on discovery efforts
  • Representing a top global insurance company in complex insurance coverage litigation involving breach of contract and declaratory judgment claims
  • Researching and drafting dispositive motions and other pleadings, including motions for summary judgement, demurrers, discovery motions, and motions to dismiss
  • Conducting and defending depositions

Prior to joining Redgrave, Angela was an Associate at Duane Morris LLP.

Organizational Involvement & Memberships:

Angela is a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Group on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11), as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Education:

Angela received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University. Angela is admitted to practice in California. She is fluent in Mandarin.
